Farm to Table Feast
Experience local Rotorua fare prepared by renowned local chef Isabel Ronquillo, and take a walk through the organic market garden where it is grown by Jenny Lux and team. A set-menu four course meal featuring fruits, roots and leaves from the volcanic soils of Ngongotaha, paired with locally sourced meats, dairy products and wine. Upon arrival there will be canapes and a drink, followed by a farm tour (sturdy shoes required) learning about organic, regenerative production. Upon returning to the garden table setting, entrees, mains and desserts will be served as the sun sets. Vegan and vegetarian options available.
