Mai Card for Rotorua Businesses
Rotorua businesses are eligible to offer discounts or other incentives to verified Rotorua residents through My Card.
There is no fee to participate, and each business can load their discounts/incentives online here.
How My Card works
It's easy! When a resident presents their My Card, your business representative simply scans it from any smartphone to verify the card holder is the person using the card.

- Dine free on their birthday
- Entice earlier diners by offering a 10% discount to come in at 5pm
- Free garlic bread with a main
Visitor Attractions, Activities & Accommodation
- 50% off in your retail shop
- Guests accompanying Mai Card holder receive a 10% discount
- Book a staycation hotel and receive a free bottle of bubbles
Retail
- 10% discount at furniture or electronics store
- First access to sales
Services
- Free 15-minute trial of a massage therapy
- Free product on 5th visit to hair salon
- Free fluids top-up with WOF
