For participating local businesses

• Participating businesses must ensure their staff are verifying MY CARD’S upon guests’ arrival;
• Participating businesses must clearly state in the sign-up form what is included in their offer/s to ensure there is no confusion for staff, MY CARD holders, or RotoruaNZ.
• RotoruaNZ reserves the right to decline offers or business listings that may be deemed inappropriate.
• Businesses must provide an offer for a minimum of 12 months; you are welcome to set block out dates to accommodate high season demand.
