The application involves two simple steps:

1. Initial Registration

• Upload a photo of your ID (e.g., student ID, 18+ card, passport, or New Zealand driver’s license).
• Upload a proof of address (e.g., a phone, rates, or power bill, or a bank statement with your name and address clearly visible).
• Enter your email address and choose a secure password.
• After submitting, check your email inbox to verify your account.

2. Complete Your Profile

Once your email is verified, you will be logged in. Then, you can:

• Upload a clear and recent photo of yourself (head and shoulders, similar to a passport photo, with no sunglasses, hats, or hoods).
• Enter the names and birth years of your immediate family members to include them in the discounts and specials.

Note: The primary cardholder must be present when using the card. If your children are over 16 years, must apply for their own My Card to enjoy the special offers independently.
