Sign up below to receive your My Card through the post.
What you’ll need to prepare to upload:
1) A clear and recent photo of yourself. This should be similar to a passport photo: head and shoulders only, no sunglasses, hats or hoods.
2) Your proof of address. This can be a phone, rates or power bill, proof of address from your bank, etc., with your name and address displayed on it.
3) A photo of your ID such as a student ID, 18+ card, passport, or New Zealand driver’s licence.
Be sure to add the names and birth years of your immediate family so they can be included in the discounts and specials where applicable. The primary cardholder must be present when using the card.
If your children are 16 years or older, we encourage them to also apply for their My Card so they can enjoy the special offers on their own.
Your My Card will be posted to you within five working days.
If you prefer to obtain your My Card in person, head over to the Rotorua isite, 1167 Fenton Street. This location is open daily 8.30am to 5pm.
