For Locals applying for or using a My Card

• A resident is someone that has resided within the Rotorua Ratepayer catchment for a minimum of three months or more
• Non-residents that are Rotorua ratepayers are also entitled to this card
• All whānau listed on the primary cardholders account must be living at the same residential address
• Children are aged from 0-15 years and adults are 16 years and over. Note that some businesses may determine adults and children differently and will specify what the deal is applicable to in their own terms and conditions
• Cards remain the property of RotoruaNZ Ltd and we reserve the right to change and amend offers without prior notice.
• RotoruaNZ is not responsible for participating businesses not providing services as outlined. Complaints or concerns can be emailed to us.
